• Chairman and Chief Investor: Leo Chou
  Leo has been analysing and researching the South African and United States market for a period of five years. Leo heads up the research and valuations team.

• Financial Director: Julian Rabinowitz
  After completing articles and a year as manager at PKF, Julian formed Sygma with Leo to oversee consulting and corporate governance. Julian will ensure funds are matched with the time-frame and risk profile of the clients; as well as governance, taxation and client relations.

• Financial Administration: Lyndon Saayman
  Lyndon graduated with a commerce degree in 2005, and joined the Sygma team after a year in Trust and Treasury management. Lyndon oversees the admin backbone and financial reporting framework.
